Refund policy

To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact us by email (hello@alliumlandscape.com) at least 14 business days before your design project is scheduled to start. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as digital downloads and custom garden designs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
